Our portfolio includes 16 owned hotels and 5 third-party managed properties, serving business travelers, work crews, sports teams, groups, and leisure guests from coast to coast.

Clarke owns and manages a portfolio of residential real estate assets, including traditional multifamily rental communities and furnished accommodations. Our flagship residential asset is the Talisman in Ottawa, Ontario, a 1,016-unit master-planned rental community featuring five residential buildings, extensive tenant amenities, parkland, and ground-floor commercial space. We also operate furnished residential accommodations through our Latitude Living furnished suites brand, in London, ON and St. John's, NL. In addition, we are advancing the The Regent, a 31-storey, 448-unit multifamily development in London, Ontario, further expanding our presence in high-growth urban markets.
