George Armoyan

George Armoyan is Executive Chairman of G2S2 Capital Inc., President of Armco Capital Inc., and Chairman & CEO of Clarke Inc. Mr. Armoyan is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and various industries. Since 1982, George has successfully founded and grown numerous businesses, created shareholder value at several public companies through restructuring operations by applying a common-sense approach to business. 

Mr. Armoyan serves on the Board of Clarke Inc. (TSX:CKI), Morguard Corporation (TSX:MRC), Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (TSX:CFW) and Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX:AFN).

Tom Casey

Tom Casey is the President of Clarke Inc., and the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s commercial real estate portfolio, Ravelin Properties, as well as overseeing the Company’s Talisman residential assets in Ottawa, ON. Mr. Casey joined Clarke as Vice President of Finance in January 2020 and was previously the Vice President of Finance of its wholly owned subsidiary, Holloway Lodging Corporation. He completed his education through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and is a proud alumnus of Dalhousie University’s Commerce program. Before joining Holloway, he held various positions with EY in Halifax, NS and PwC in both Toronto, ON and Halifax, NS.

Steve Cyr, CPA

Steve Cyr is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarke Inc., where he oversees the Company's finance, financial reporting, treasury, and tax functions, as well as those of its operating subsidiaries. Since joining Clarke in 2008, Mr. Cyr has held progressively senior leadership roles within the finance organization, contributing to the Company's financial strategy, corporate compliance and reporting. Mr. Cyr holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from Dalhousie University and earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2006.

Robert Sherman

Robert Sherman is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Holloway Lodging Corporation. Mr. Sherman oversees the hotel operations with a focus on maximizing hotel net operating income and cashflow as well as seeking out value-add initiatives. Mr. Sherman received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and has been a key member of Holloway’s operational leadership team since 2014.

Tomer Cohen, CFA

Tomer Cohen is the Vice President of Investments of Clarke Inc. Mr. Cohen leads Clarke Inc.’s investment team, overseeing the Company’s active investments as well as the Clarke Inc. Master Trust pension portfolio. Mr. Cohen joined Clarke as an Investment Analyst in 2019. Prior to joining Clarke Inc., Mr. Cohen held progressively senior positions in financial and operational roles in Halifax, NS and Calgary, AB with a specific focus on the oil and gas sector. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma society.

Maksym Levytskyy, MBA

Maksym Levytskyy is the Director of Investments of Clarke Inc. Mr. Levytskyy manages select portfolios for Clarke Inc. and the Clarke Inc. Master Trust pension and oversees Clarke Inc.’s analyst group. Mr. Levytskyy joined Clarke as an Investment Associate in 2019. Prior to joining Clarke Inc., Mr. Levytskyy worked in corporate finance and internal audit of a major international financial and industrial holding and in the private equity fund with the focus on CIS region. Mr. Levytskyy holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Ivey Business School, Western University.
