Dean M. Cull
Dean M. Cull is the Chief Operating Officer Freight Transportation Services for Clarke Inc., as well as President of each of Clarke Transport Inc. and Clarke Road Transport Inc. As such, Mr. Cull is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all of Clarke Inc.’s transportation subsidiaries.
Mr. Cull first joined Clarke in 1991, as General Manager responsible for the company’s operations in Newfoundland. In succeeding years, he was given a number of additional responsibilities, leading to his Presidency of Clarke Road Transport in 2001 and his appointment to Chief Operating Officer Freight Transportation Services in February 2007. Prior to joining Clarke, Mr. Cull spent 16 years in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Canadian Pacific Railway.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Cull is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association (APTA).
