Tim Rorabeck
Tim Rorabeck is the Vice President, Corporate and General Counsel for Clarke Inc. In this role, Mr. Rorabeck is responsible for corporate development and strategic planning for Clarke Inc., and is also responsible for addressing legal issues pertaining to Clarke Inc. and its investments.
Prior to joining Clarke Inc., Mr. Rorabeck was a partner at a leading law firm, where he practiced corporate and tax law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, restructurings and private equity transactions. Mr. Rorabeck is admitted to the practice of law in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Mr. Rorabeck holds a BA (Hons) from Queen’s University, an M.Phil from Cambridge University and a LLB from University of Ottawa.
